  • Reservations are considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment. If payment is not received within the specified timeframe, the booking will be cancelled, and the reservation will be made available to other interested parties.

  • The first payment serves as a non-refundable and non-transferable retainer fee. The client agrees that this fee is reasonable compensation for the business committing to provide the services and declining other potential projects/clients.

  • When you book an artist with us, please ensure that there is onsite parking available for them. If there is no onsite parking or if it requires payment or is hard to find, you must tell Creative Balloon Entertainment when booking. There may be extra fees in such cases. If you anticipate that parking lots will fill up before the start of the artist's booking time, you should either reserve parking spots or schedule an earlier time. You must either validate the parking fees yourself or have them added to your final bill.

  • Our artists work hourly, and we give an approximate output. Please be aware that these are just estimates, and we cannot guarantee accommodating a particular number of guests. If you're uncertain about how much time you'll need, please inform us when booking, and we'll guide you on the required duration.
